Bayt+ was founded in Tel Aviv with a simple observation: Israeli buildings are managed the same way they were 30 years ago — by unpaid volunteers, on WhatsApp, with spreadsheets.
Meanwhile, over 50% of new property buyers in Israel don't speak Hebrew. They receive letters they can't read, pay fees they can't track, and manage crises from 6,000km away.
We built Bayt+ to fix that. Professional management, a multilingual resident app, and a full concierge service for overseas owners — all in one platform.
